How do I place an order?

Select the product and size of your choice and add the product to your cart. Purchase your clothing on our website and use coupon code: ADL2025 to activate your 50% Cost Sharing Incentive - Remember, ADL will share 50% of the cost of the employee’s purchase to a maximum of $100.00. Completed orders will be individually packaged and delivered to ADL to distribute to employees.

 

How do I choose my sizing and read the sizing charts on this website?

When choosing sizing for your product, please reference the sizing chart listed on each product page. To read the sizing charts correctly and find what chest width you need for your clothing, lay a shirt flat and measure the shirt from under arm to under arm. Be sure to keep the measuring tape level and comfortably loose. For length, measure from the top of the shirt at the back of the neck to the bottom hem.  Once you have these two measurements, refer to the sizing guide on the product page for the item you want and match it up with the sizes listed in the sizing chart. 

 

How soon can I get my order?

The clothing listed on this webstore is a part of a pre-order, so items will be printed and delivered to ADL in the month after orders are placed. See the countdown timer on our home page for the amount of time left to order your employee clothing. Clothing orders will be individually packaged and shipped to each division of the company.

 

What payment methods are accepted for orders?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Android Pay for payment options. All payments are accepted securely through our payment processing system powered by Stripe.

 

What currency do you charge in?

All prices listed are in CAD and include applicable taxes in the listed pricing.

 

How does your sizing run?

Most of our products do run true to normal market sizing, however we ask that customers be sure to check the sizing chart list on the shirts product page to be sure of their sizing before ordering. As Stay Golden Custom offers products from a wide range of brands and manufacturers, sizing can vary from product to product. As some products are cotton based, some shrinkage when washed in hot water is normal. For best results and minimal shrinkage, wash in cold water and air dry. Sizing charts for each product are included on the product pages on this website.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted on custom printed garments unless an item is defective (error in print or garment construction). Please ensure to notify us of any defects or misprints requiring a return within 5 business days of receiving an order.  Because we create custom made-to-order printed products, we cannot provide returns for buyers remorse or sizing issues. Please ensure to have checked the sizing charts provided on our website before finalizing an order. Orders are considered Final Sale, but please reach out to us at sales@staygolden.ca for questions or issues.
